Signs your system needs a service call
- Your AC is running but the air coming out isn't cold
- The outdoor unit hums but the fan won't spin
- Ice on the refrigerant lines or the indoor coil
- Water leaking around the indoor unit or in the attic
- The breaker for the AC keeps tripping
- Your heat smells like burning, or won't come on at all
- Electric bills climbing without a change in how you use it
What we work on
We repair split systems, package units, heat pumps and gas or electric furnaces for homes and businesses. Common repairs include capacitors, contactors, fan motors, compressors, refrigerant leaks, clogged condensate drains, thermostats and blower problems.
Why one company for both trades helps
A lot of AC problems turn out to be electrical: a burned wire at the disconnect, a bad breaker, or an undersized circuit. Because we're licensed for both air conditioning and electrical work, the same company can find and fix the whole problem without a second appointment.
Keep it from breaking in July
A spring cooling check and a fall heating check catch worn parts before they fail on the hottest or coldest day of the year. Ask about scheduling maintenance when you call.
